Effective October 15, 2026

Lemono Studio is a business name of Elevix Media, a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario ("Lemono", "we"). These terms apply to every booking with us and to your use of this website. By booking a shoot, you ("the client") agree to them.

BOOKING

A shoot is confirmed once we reply with a date and time. The client arranges access, lets the sellers or tenants know we're coming, and makes sure the home is ready. We send a prep guide to help.

PRICES

Packages are priced by finished square footage. If the home is larger than booked, we bill the matching size band. Homes over 4,000 sq ft are quoted separately. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.

PAYMENT

We send watermarked previews first. Full-resolution files are released once the invoice is paid. Invoices are due within 7 days.

FIRST-SHOOT GUARANTEE

On a client's first shoot with us, if they don't love the photos, they don't pay. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and don't use any of the media. The guarantee applies once per agent.

DELIVERY

Photos are delivered the next day after the shoot. Video and reels follow once edited, and we confirm the delivery date when you book. Files are delivered by private link in MLS and web sizes.

REVISIONS

One round of reasonable edits per order, requested within 7 days of delivery. Virtual staging and major object removal are quoted separately.

LICENCE AND COPYRIGHT

The client and their brokerage may use the media to market the listing on MLS, websites, social media and print for as long as they market it. Lemono keeps the copyright and may show the work in its portfolio and promotion. The media can't be resold or given to another agent, a builder or any third party without our written OK.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

Free with 24 hours' notice. With less notice, or if the home isn't ready when we arrive, a $75 fee applies. If we wait more than 20 minutes for access, we may need to reschedule.

WEATHER

Exteriors and drone need dry weather. If the forecast is bad, we shoot the interior as planned and move the outdoor part to the next suitable day at no charge.

DRONE

Drone work is flown by a Transport Canada certified pilot. We check every address for airspace restrictions first. If we can't legally or safely fly, drone is removed from the order and refunded.

CARE IN THE HOME

We take care in every home, but we don't move heavy furniture, valuables or fragile items. The client is responsible for making the home safe to enter.

LIABILITY

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a delayed or lost sale.

THIS WEBSITE

Everything on this site, including photos, video and text, belongs to Elevix Media (Lemono Studio) or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written OK.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
