Effective October 15, 2026

Lemono Studio is a business name of Elevix Media, a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario ("Lemono", "we"). We provide real estate photography and video. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you book a shoot or contact us: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, the listing address, your preferred shoot date and the package you choose. When you email, call or message us: whatever you send us. When you visit this site: basic, anonymous statistics such as pages viewed and device type. We never ask for payment card details on this site.

PHOTOS AND VIDEO OF HOMES

We photograph and film properties, not people. We ask that sellers, tenants and personal items such as family photos, documents and licence plates be kept out of frame, and we remove or blur anything personal we notice before delivery.

HOW WE USE IT

To schedule and deliver your shoot, send invoices and receipts, answer your questions and improve our service. If you agree to it, we may send occasional updates about our services, and you can opt out at any time. We never sell or rent your personal information.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Only the service providers we need to run the business: our website host (Framer), email and file delivery (Google Workspace) and invoicing (QuickBooks). They may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local laws. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as Canadian tax law requires, generally six years. Other enquiries are deleted once we no longer need them.

HOW WE PROTECT IT

Only Lemono's two partners can access client information, and we deliver files through private links.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages. Email info@lemonostudio.com and we will reply within 30 days.

COOKIES

This site uses only what it needs to work and to count visits anonymously. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
